1. (i) Parents can meet the principal/coordinator between 9:00 am to 11:00 am only.
(ii) School office timing are from 7:45 am to 2:00 pm.

2. if the child is absent for the first three days of the new session or after holidays without any intimation leave application then his/her name will be struck off from the roils.

3. There is no concept of retest in any of the test / Examination.

4. (i) Student will only be allowed to go home when school gety over.
(ii) Students must be collected from the school within fifteen minutes from the time school gets over.

5. Any charge in address or telephone no. of parents must be intimated immediately to avoid any inconvenience.

6. Parents or guidelines should see that school assignment and at home work given in the diary as well as in the notebook is completed daily. It is compulsory for the students to attend the class regularly.

FEE PAYMENT:

I. Fee is to be paid in advance for every Quarter (3 months) by 15th of every Quarter i.e. (15th April, 15 July, 15 Oct and 15th Jan).
II. Rs. 100/- month will be charged in case the fee is not paid by 15th of every quarter.
III. In case the parents want to withdraw their ward in the middle of session, fee for the full quarter will be charged.
IV. Fee once paid is not refundable.
