RECOMMENDATION TO PARENTS
A) Parents are expected to co-operatewith the school authorities in maintaining punctuality, regularity, discipline. They must ensure the following:
• Their wards do not carry mobiles, wear expensive rings etc . to school.
• No request for short leave is made during school hours.
• If a child is sick then he/she should be kept at home. Sending him/her to school the asking for leave after a couple of periods is not allowed.
• Long leave will be granted only on medical grounds and on the merit of written requests that are submitted well in time.
• They do not bully/fight/use abusive acts of indiscipline and they are likely to incur suspension/expulsion from school.
• Their wards have all the required things when they leave for school. No request for handling over of tiffin/books etc be entertained at the gate.
• They attend all P.T.M. and personally look into the academic development of their wards.
B) It is necessary for the students to attend school regularly and remain attentive. We award students who attend school of the working days with a certificate in recognition.
• Parents are required to notify in advance (in writing) to the school authorities, if their child suffers from any illness allergy. They should also specify the medicines prescribed and if they feel school deposit these medicine in the school dispensary.
• Parents are requested to sign reports, notice and to attend Parent Teacher Meeting when ever a notice for the same given.
• Parents are requested to ensure that the first page Personal Memoranda in the Diary should be carefully filled and bear their signature.
• Parents can E-mail about issues concerning their wards on oriontheschool2009@gmail.com
• Proper school uniform is to be worn at all times in school premises (Even during P.T.A meeting and all functions of the school).
• A student’s name shall be struck off the rolls if he/she fails for two consecutive years in the same class.
